Please note all first orders will require payment through the merchant system using a credit card or bank transfer at time of ordering.

We love preparing quotes, so we made it easier for you, on our website you will see a green link on the bottom left of each page, just click this link and fill in the details of your event in the answer fields.

Upon receipt of your order, it will be processed in our online system, after which you will then receive an order confirmation and tax invoice link via email.

Your confirmation email has all the information you will need for your order, including a link to view, download or even pay the Invoice online, you can even reply to the email to say Hi!

Please check all details of your order on your confirmation email are correct

To modify your order, whether it is to accommodate more or less guests, or to change food items ordered; please give us as much notice as possible. It’s best to email or call through these changes as soon as you are aware of them.

Changes made to your order after 3pm on the business day prior to delivery of your order may not be able to be accommodated.

To ensure that we can guarantee your order for corporate catering we need it placed by 3pm on the business day prior to delivery. 

We do accept orders after this time and strive to help out with last-minute order as best we can, however without advance notice we may not have the stock we need to provide you with your chosen menu items, in which case we would endevour to provide you with alternative menu items where possible. 

To amend your order please reply to the booking confirmation email or phone our customer service staff on 

1300 687 476. 

Please quote your order number on all correspondence or have ready to reference over the phone. 

Orders that are changed at the last minute will be accommodated to the best of our ability, however we strongly recommend that you request these changes before 3pm on the business day prior where possible to help us best accommodate your needs.

To cancel your order please phone our customer service staff on 1300 687 476. In the event that a confirmed order is cancelled, the following cancellation charges will apply -

·       Notice of two or more working days prior: No charges will apply.

·       Notice of one working day before 3PM: A fee may be charged to compensate for any food or labour costs already incurred.

·       Notice of one working day after 3PM or same day: Mushroom Catering reserves the right to full payment of total order cost.

Where possible, Mushroom Catering will use discretion to minimize cancellation charges and will evaluate on a case-to-case basis according to food and labour costs already incurred. 

Once your order is placed online you will receive a confirmation email.

This email will confirm your order, so please check that all details are correct including the delivery address, delivery day and time of delivery 

A link is on this email which allows you to view, download and pay your Invoice if its not already paid.

There is no minimum number of guests we will cater for 

We do have a minimum dollar amount for deliveries on certain days & suburbs

Yes we do,

Our menu has a range to suit Gluten free, Dairy free, Vegan & lactose intolerant guests 

If you are ordering for a group corporate lunch just mention in the notes section, how many guests are of which dietary requirement and we will prepare their meal to suit and platter separately and even label with their name so there's no confusion.

We have a daily rotating menu of sandwich fillings which include a variety of 

marinated chicken, tuna, smoked salmon, various cured meats, fresh salad fillings, assorted roast vegetables, double smoked ham, roast beef

All orders are prepared with 20% vegetarian fillings unless otherwise specified, which we can platter separate if needed, just mention in the notes section at checkout

Yes all orders that are placed with Mushroom Catering require an online account to be setup with your details & delivery address, this can be done at checkout after you have completed your online order

All orders must be paid using the payment portal at checkout, below is a link.

If you're a corporate customer and you are requiring a regular service of catering and wish to be invoiced for your catering, you must apply for a corporate account, below is a link.

We provide complementary napkins on request, please mention in the notes when placing your order. 

All other disposable items can be supplied for a minimal fee these can be found on out Disposable items and equipment hire page.

We use various equipment to maintain food at its optimal temperature, all our hot food is delivered in insulated custom foam boxes designed to ensure minimal loss of temperature, we also keep the window of warm food deliveries to 20 minutes.

All catering will be delivered in disposable recyclable boxes. Should you require catering to be presented on VIP platters, a $15 fee will apply, simply choose the VIP platter option in the Equipment section when placing your order

All of our food is delivered ready to be enjoyed, When your driver arrives with your catering, ‘simply unwrap and serve’, no plattering is necessary, our chefs will arrange the food on platters before it leaves our kitchen.

No problem, but please let us know as soon as you are aware of the new delivery time/date.

Simply reply to your confirmation email the new delivery time/date so we can amend and resend you a new confirmation email with the updated details.

Simply place your order as you would for Monday to Friday orders and hit the "weekend delivery" button on the delivery page at checkout, 

Weekend deliveries are subject to a surcharge 

Please note we do have a minimum $450 for weekend orders 

You can pay for your order using a credit card after you have completed adding your items into your cart, we use a secured online merchant facility.

We also accept Cash, Chq & EFT 

Details are listed on your Tax Invoice

you will receive a Link on your order confirmation email which you will receive automatically after placing your order, this link will allow you to view, download and pay your Invoice online.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your date and confirmation of booking, payment of the balance is due no later than 3 business days before your scheduled event.
